The Glow Up is a full-day empowerment workshop designed to promote confidence, body positivity, healthy relationships, and personal growth among teenage girls. Teen girls are growing up in a world filled with unrealistic expectations, social pressures, and mixed messages about healthy relationships and self-worth. The Glow Up was created to remind girls of something powerful: their own voices.  

The workshop combines movement-based activities, educational discussions, and creative reflection exercises to help participants build self-esteem, understand consent, identify healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviors, and explore their personal goals. Participants won't sit through the same old lectures and PowerPoint presentations. Instead, this interactive workshop encourages girls to move, connect, laugh, create, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversations. They will leave with practical tools and strategies they can use long after the workshop ends.

This event is free and open to teenage girls ages 10-17 and their caregivers. Must have base access.
