May Food Donation Collection
Date: May 1–30
Time: 10 a.m.–8 p.m.

Help make a difference! All month long, we are collecting food donations for Help Oki to distribute to local homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters, social welfare organizations, orphanages, and more.
Tidy Tuesday
Date: Tuesday, May 26
Time: 5–6 p.m.
Location: Hansen
Type: Volunteer
Facility field day. Help clean the Camp Hansen SMP center. LOA provided.
Henoko Beach Cleanup
Date: Tuesday, May 26
Time: 5–6 p.m.
Location: Schwab
Type: Volunteer
Clean up and organize trash from the beach. Sign up at Schwab SMP. Limited to 7 transportation spots.
Daycare Volunteer Event
Date: Wednesday, May 27
Time: 10–11 a.m.

Type: Volunteer
Support the local Kin community by going to the daycare and providing support and cultural intergration for the kids at the daycare. Meet at Camp Hansen SMP at 9:15 a.m. Departure will be at 9:30 a.m. Limited to 8 spots. Signup at the Camp Hansen SMP.
Kin Town Cleanup
Date: Friday, May 29
Time: 4:30–5:30 p.m.

Come support the local community in Kin by volunteering to cleanup the streets and walkways. LOA provided.
Foster Gardening Day
Date: Saturday, May 30
Time: noon–1 p.m.
Location: Foster
Type: Volunteer
Join us for a day of gardening and camaraderie as we work together to beautify the SMP! Help plant flowers, trim greenery, and enhance the outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. No experience needed—just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to get your hands dirty! Tools and supplies provided. Dress for outdoor work! No prior signup required.
Camp Cleanup
Date: Saturday, May 30
Time: 12:30–2 p.m.
Location: Hansen
Type: Volunteer
Camp Hansen beautification consisting of walking around Camp Hansen picking up trash to keep the camp clean. Participants will meet at the Camp Hansen SMP at 12:15 p.m. and cleanup will begin at 12:30 p.m. LOA's will be available five days after the event.
Community Cleanup

Time: 12:30–1:30 p.m.

Type: Volunteer
Pick up trash around Futenma Main Gate Hill for 1 hour. Trash bags and gloves are provided from SMP center. LOA provided for time.
