Eligibility: Active Duty, Reserves, BCP, DOD, & their families aboard MCBH K-Bay & Camp Smith
Cost: FREE for Active Duty, $35 for civilians

This wellness bootcamp includes a variety of fitness classes and a speaker series with topics ranging from injury prevention to sleep to performance nutrition. Hike, lift, swim, cycle and more!

This optimal performance education series starts with an InBody scan and tracks progress throughout the 30 days, finishing with a graduation certificate and participation in the monthly HERO WOD.
