Online Registration & Payment

All Okinawa Dolphins Swim School registration is done online. A registration link will be posted when registration opens. Only online payment will be accepted during the registration period.

Class Times

• All times are subject to change at any time based on instructor availability.
• Sessions run Tuesday through Friday for two weeks (unless adjusted due to a federal holiday).
• All classes are 30 minutes long.

Swim lesson registration covers Tuesday through Friday for both weeks. Lessons will not be held on federal holidays. Any cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be refunded at the end of the month.

Group Swimming Lessons are divided by age and skill level. The goal is to help each swimmer become more confident and safer in the aquatic environment.

On the first day of class, all participants will receive a brief assessment to place them in the group most appropriate for their age and ability.

Power of Attorney

To register a participant who is not your legal dependent, you must have a Power of Attorney or Special Power of Attorney listing the participant's name and signed by the parent/legal guardian.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of thunder or lightning, the aquatic center must close for 30 minutes, and the pool deck must be cleared. If thunder or lightning is present within 20 minutes of the lesson start time, the lesson will be cancelled.

Example: If your lesson is at 11:00 a.m., thunder or lightning occurring at 10:40 a.m. or later will cancel the class. Thunder before that time (e.g., 10:39 a.m.) will not cancel the lesson.

If thunder or lightning occurs during a lesson, the remainder of that day’s lesson will be cancelled.

Staff will attempt to notify participants of cancellations, but may not always be successful. If uncertain, please call the aquatic center.
