Active-duty personal interesting in learning about Benefits Delivered at Discharge (BDD) should plan to attend this brief, which will be delivered by Veterans Affairs (VA) personnel. The program allows separating service members to apply for VA disability compensation benefits 90 to 180 days prior to separation.
